Åklagaren överklagar domen mot Osten-Sacken
Åklagaren Stig Åström överklagar domen på mot Bernhard von der Osten-Sacken och vill att finansmannen även döms för ytterligare ett skattebrott på 2,3 miljoner kronor.

I tingsrättens dömdes finansmannen Bernhard von der Osten-Sacken till fängelse i ett år för grovt skattebrott på 7,4 miljoner kronor.
Stig Åström kräver nu följande i sitt överklagande till Svea Hovrätt:
“Att hovrätten med ändring av tingsrättens dom dömer Bernhard von der Osten-Sacken även för taxeringsår 2006 och för att han inte redovisat garantiersättning avseende Biolin för taxeringsåret 2005.”
Åklagaren i det uppmärksammade målet skriver också i överklagandet att han tänker komplettera med fler bevis.
Newzglobe har tidigare rapporterat när finansmannen Bernhard von der Osten-Sacken, 35, dömdes till fängelse i ett år av Stockholms tingsrätt för grovt skattebrott på 7,4 miljoner kronor.
- Jag ska överklaga. Jag är oskyldig och ska inte ha något straff över huvud taget, uppgav då Osten-Sacken till Newzglobe.
Nu har även Bernhard von Der Osten-Sacken överklagat domen mot honom via sin advokat Hans Strandberg på Nordia advokatbyrå.
Enligt domen har Osten-Sacken låtit bli att deklarera för inkomster som han gjort i samband med flera bolags nyemissioner.
Kan åklagarens överklagande leda till en straffskärpning i Osten-Sacken-målet?
– Döms man för ytterligare brott leder det till ett högre straffvärde, säger jouråklagaren Katarina Ringertz.
SL-vakter trakasserar 20-Ã¥ring
Newzglobe bevittnade idag när SL:s Securitas-vakter överträdde sina befogenheter på en buss och bland annat tvingade en 20-åring att legitimera sig, i strid mot SL:s egna regler.
Vid halv två-tiden idag kom det ombord tre stycken Securitas-vakter på en av SL:s Nacka-bussar i riktning in mot Slussen. Securitas-vakterna skulle kontrollera samtliga passagerares biljetter.
När vakterna kommer fram till en 20-årig man visar han upp ett terminskort till reducerat pris. Kortet gäller så länge man köpt det innan man fyllt 20 år.
En av vakterna begär då att få se 20-åringen legitimation, som inte vill visa upp det “av integritetsskäl”. Han berättar i stället hur gammal han är och på vaktens uppmaning skriver han ner sin personnummer, med undantag för de fyra sista siffrorna.
Väktaren vägrar då att ge tillbaka 20-åringens biljett och konstaterar att detta inte räcker och kallar på sina kollegor. De ansluter och säger då till 20-åringen att han in kommer att få tillbaka sin biljett förrän han visat upp en giltig legitimation, han hotas med en staffavgift och att bli avkastad om han inte vill visa legitimationen.
20-åringen svarar då att väktarna inte har rätt att kräva legitimation, medan väktarna hävdar motsatsen.
20-åringen visar då sin legitimation för väktarna, men håller för sitt finger för de sista fyra siffrorna i personnumret.
Men en av väktarna nöjer sig inte med det, utan sliter tag i mannens legitimation. Securitasvakten saknar en SL-bricka och går därför inte att identifiera.
20-åringen kritiserar då vakten för egenmäktigt förfarande varpå en av de andra passagerarna uppmanar mannen att ringa polisen. Väktaren utan bricka säger då till den andra passageraren att lugna ner sig.
Då ger sig väktarna och 20-åringen får tillbaka såväl sin biljett som legitimation.
Vid Slussen går Newzglobe fram till väktarna för att ställa några frågor:
Har ni rätt att kräva legitimation?
- Ja, det har vi.
När vi frågar den anonyma vakten om hans SL-legitimation så brusar han upp och frågar i stället Newzglobes utsände om personnummer och namn.
Efter att ha blivit tillsagd av sina kollegor visar han upp sitt id-kort, men håller själv för fingret över hela sitt id-nummer.
Han tar bort fingret först efter att han ombetts att göra det av Newzglobes reporter.

Har kontrollanterna rätt att kräva legitimation?
- Nej kontrollanter får inte kräva folk på legitimation. De får fråga folk om att visa legitimation, men inte kräva det av dem. De får inte heller visitera personer.
Om man inte kan visa legitimation, vad händer då?
- Då ska kontrollanterna fråga om namn och personnummer, “dafa upp” personen och sedan är situationen löst.
Vad tänker SL göra nu?
- Ingenting förrän vi fått in en anmälan. Om det skulle visa att något fel begåtts kommer vi att kontakta vår samarbetspartner Securitas.

- Jag vill inte kommentera detta enskilda fall. Men det låter som att kontrollanterna haft ett ganska onödigt hårt tonläge.

- Ja, det måste synas att de är i tjänst för SL samt att de ska gå att identifiera.
